		<description>Great post Ken. Darker is often NOT the best roast for a particular bean, as you said.  I have also had some of the best espresso out of medium roasts. I did wish you would have talked about blends a bit... oh well, maybe in a later post. Thanks for what you&#039;re doing.</description>
