Ethiopia Organic Shakiso
Shakiso is in the Guji district of south eastern Ethiopia. This coffee was grown varying elevation and the varietal is the result of local Ethiopia cultivars and is a wet process coffee. The Shakiso has balanced acidity and caramel sweetness in the dry fragrance after grinding. We get honey and graham cracker in the wet aroma after brewing and a cinnamony/syrupy taste as the cup cools. A very bright coffee, also works well for single-origin espresso.

From Cerrado in the Minas Gerais coffee belt, the Fazenda Campos Altos was grown in an elevation of 1150 Meters and is a varietal mix of Bourbon and Mundo Novo. Nutty aromas in the dry fragrance which carry over into the wet aroma in the cup. The flavor of the coffee is floral, a very bright cup. We taste some pretty big hazelnut notes with hints of honey. This coffee has a creamy body and an oily texture. This peaberry is not your typical tasting Brazilian coffee!

Ken's Blend
Ken's blend was developed to have the perfect balance in acidity and body. It delivers a punchy bite, lots of chocolate roast notes and rustic fruit tones. As amazing the drip-brewed coffee is that you can make with this blend, it's actually the first place we direct customers when recommending a blend for espresso. You'll be tasting the sweetness of this cup for quite a while with the long-lasting, sweet aftertaste.

Ken's Blend Decaf
Ken's Blend Decaf has the perfect balance in acidity and body. A lot of decaf coffees don't work too well for making espresso, but if you use this blend for pulling some shots, you'll be quite impressed with the blend's ability to give excellent aromatics and maintains its flavor.

Clever Coffee Dripper
This cone dripper makes one of the best cups of coffee we've ever had. It maximizes the benefits of the french press (steep time) and a traditional ceramic cone dripper (control over water temp.) while removing the drawbacks of both (no sediment like a french press has and ability to not begin dripping immediately like a ceramic cone dripper) - all thanks to a "clever" little stopper that only releases the brew after placing on top of a mug.
