The Aerobie AeroPress offers low acidity and reduced bitterness due to the air pressure and 30 second brew time (10 second steep and 20 second press). Regular coffee makers usually overextract in the center and underextract on the edges. With the narrow chamber, you have better control over the brew, resulting in a more uniform extraction.
